Markets are fun in London!
Market opening days are fixed.

Markets are big in London. You'll find clothing, daily necessaries, food and almost everything at a market. I always visit markets when I visit London because I sometimes can find quality vintage clothing, shoes and handbags for reasonable prices. Markets are often open just on Saturdays and Sundays, but some of them are open on weekdays as well, so I suggest you to check out the markets' schedules before you go.

Portobello Market is in Notting Hill and it's probably the most famous market in London. You'll see a number of stalls alongside the street selling accessories, vintage clothing, plates, food…etc. You'll also see people playing music or wearing interesting costumes, and it's like a festival. There are always packed with tourists so you really need to keep an eye on your belongings as there are pickpockets!
